High Protein Low Carb Pizza (Gluten and Dairy Free)

If you're tired of consuming so many carbs but you love pizza, try this..

 

Ingredients: 

1 package, ground chicken

1 egg

pizza sauce (as desired)

1 cup, dairy-free cheese (I used Violife) and 1 cup for topping

pepperoni (I used turkey)

2 or 3 chicken tenderloins cut in bite sizes and cooked (not too dark)

1 tablespoon, black pepper

2 teaspoons, salt

1 teaspoon, garlic powder

1 teaspoon, onion powder

1 teaspoon, cilantro (for topping)

 

Instructions:

1. In a large bowl, add ground chicken, egg, dairy-free cheese, and seasonings listed except cilantro. Mix together until well combined. Take mixture and press down into a circle on a pan lined with parchment paper.

2. Bake crust at 400 degrees for 20 minutes and drain any liquid once you remove from oven.

3. Add toppings, as much as desired and put in the oven on 400 degrees for 15-20 minutes. Check it to make sure it's at a consistency that you want it. Once done, sprinkle with cilantro.

 

Note: you can adjust seasoning if need be.
